Devices & sync

Oura is connected, but readings are missing
  1. Open the Oura app and let your ring finish syncing.
  2. In Haviora, open Settings → Connected devices → Oura Ring and choose Sync Oura now.
  3. Check the last completed sync and the dates of the readings. A linked account alone does not mean new readings arrived.
  4. If prompted, reconnect Oura and review the permissions.

If Oura completes but account sync fails, use Review sync status. Do not delete the app or clear data while changes are waiting to save.

Apple Health says “No readings returned”

Open Apple Health, review Haviora’s access and enable the categories you want to share. Confirm that the Health app has readings for the relevant dates, then retry from Haviora’s Connected devices.

A category can be empty because no reading was recorded or access was not granted. Apple does not reveal read-denial status to Haviora, so an empty result does not prove the connection failed. Apple Watch data comes through Apple Health.

A change needs attention or did not sync

Keep the app and its local data. Open Settings → Privacy & data → Review sync status. If there is a conflict, compare with the latest cloud record before retrying; do not repeatedly overwrite a record without reviewing it. If the problem continues, send support the error text, app version and approximate time—without private health values.

Can I connect Whoop, Garmin or Hume?

Apple Health and Oura are the direct connections currently implemented. A “Coming soon” label is not an available connection. Data another device writes to Apple Health may be available through Health permissions, but that does not mean Haviora offers a direct integration or every metric is supported.

Plans, trials & payments

What happens after my trial?

If Apple confirms you are eligible for the offered 7-day trial, it automatically becomes the paid subscription shown at checkout unless cancelled in time. Check the renewal price and date on Apple’s confirmation. A trial on one tier does not guarantee another trial on a different tier.

How do I cancel or request a refund?

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Haviora. Follow Apple’s cancellation instructions; cancel a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app or account does not cancel billing.

For Apple-billed purchases, request a refund from Apple. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

I paid, but my plan has not updated

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. In Haviora, open Settings → Membership and choose Restore purchases. Check that you are signed in to the intended Haviora account. If the issue remains, email support with the plan name, purchase date and app version. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

Menus & meal photos

How do I photograph a menu?

Open What to order, then choose Take photo or Choose photo. Use a clear, well-lit image with readable dish descriptions. Review food preferences and the sharing notice before submitting. Choosing an image alone does not run a menu comparison.

If the camera is unavailable, check Haviora’s camera permission in iPhone Settings or choose an existing photo. Live analysis requires a verified account and an internet connection; demo options are examples.

How many menu comparisons do I get?

Free includes 10 successful analyses total. Basic includes 30 per calendar month, resetting on the first at 00:00 UTC. Advanced and Pro have ongoing access with usage and safety limits, including up to 10 menu attempts per 24 hours.

Failed or unreadable menu analyses do not spend your allowance. Processing reserves a use; a completed comparison counts even if you leave the screen. Coach messages use a separate allowance.

Can I trust the nutrition or allergy advice?

Menu nutrition is an estimate. Portions, oils and sauces can change it substantially. Confirm ingredients and cross-contact with restaurant staff; no recommendation guarantees allergy safety. Meal-photo suggestions also need your review before saving. Do not use estimates for medication dosing.

Account & privacy

I cannot sign in or find my verification code

Check the email address you used, including whether you signed in with Apple or Google. Look in spam/junk for account emails. Use the latest verification code; codes expire. For a password account, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Never send a password or one-time code to support.

How do I delete my account?

In Haviora, open Settings → Privacy & data → Remove data → Delete cloud account. Enter your password if requested and confirm. This removes the cloud account and its primary records; it cannot be undone. Cancel any Apple subscription separately.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with “Account deletion request” from the account email when possible. We may need to verify ownership. Do not email your password or health history. Backup/provider retention is described in the privacy policy draft.

Does clearing downloaded data delete my account?

No. “Clear downloaded data & sign out” removes downloaded app data on that device and signs you out; it does not delete your cloud account. Review and sync pending changes first. Use Delete cloud account if you intend to remove the account itself.

How do I request a copy or correction of my data?

You can edit supported records in the app. For an access, copy, correction or other privacy request, email [email protected]. Explain the type of request without attaching unnecessary health records. Account verification may be required.

Report a problem

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether it happens every time. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Haviora version/build and the approximate time of the problem.

A cropped screenshot can help. Remove names, health readings, medication details and other private information first. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or card details. If your report needs sensitive information, ask us for a suitable way to provide it before sending.

Health questions & urgent help

Support can help with the app, not diagnose symptoms or make treatment decisions. Contact a qualified health professional for medical advice. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services—do not wait for an email response.
